A fun twist on a classic style, our rich black, puffed heart nipple shields boasts soft feminine curves that tightly wrap around the nipple in the shape of a love heart. The full width of the piece is 3cm wide, however the space between the heart (the piercing post distance) measures around 11mm at the front and 12mm at the back making this piece suitable for sizes 10mm/12mm only.
